Gastritis is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach produced by different causes. Gastritis is an irritation of the lining of the stomach from excess acid secretion, either you’ve eaten something heavy, or by taking anti-inflammatory drugs or a large percentage of cases there is an infection with Helicobacter pylori.
Foods Allowed
MEAT: beef, veal (cooked, roasted or baked without fat), chicken (baked or broiled) skinless, cooked ham.
FISH, natural seafood.
Fruits: apples, pears baked or mashed potatoes. Avoid citrus fruits (oranges).
Soups: vegetable, meat, white rice, all with little salt.
EGGS: any form without oil.
PAN: white or brown.
VEGETABLES: all cooked without oil.
Liquids: water, chamomile, etc …
